Cross Point Tenants:

Per Governor Baker’s announcement on May 17th, all remaining COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted effective Saturday May 29th in Massachusetts. The City of Lowell will be aligning with all reopening plans per the State and Cross Point will be following their lead. Please keep in mind that Cross Point will still require face coverings and social distancing through May 28th.

Specific adjustments to the City and State COVID-19 restrictions that will be effective Saturday, May 29th include the following:

  • All industries will be permitted to open and capacity restrictions will be lifted.
  • Face covering restrictions will be lifted statewide and replaced with a face covering advisory. Face coverings will be required on public and private transportation systems including rideshares (Uber/Lyft…etc.), livery, taxi, MBTA, Commuter Rail and transportation stations, in health care facilities and in facilities hosting vulnerable populations. This requirement will not apply to Cross Point’s shuttle services to and from the parking lots.
  • Per the face covering advisory effective May 29th non-vaccinated individuals are advised to continue wearing face coverings and practice social distancing. Fully vaccinated individuals will no longer be required to wear a face covering or social distance indoors or outdoors in most settings.
  • Restriction on gathering limits will be rescinded.
  • All industries are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and hygiene-related protocols.
  • Businesses will be permitted to determine face covering requirements for employees and visitors.
