SLS Fitness Schedule - Cross Point is offering 4 new classes per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Tuesdays 12:15-12:45 Metabolic Effect (Description of Class can be found at:

Tuesdays 12:45-1:15  Stretch & Mobility (The perfect class to help you work out your sore muscles)
Thursdays 12:15-12:45 Metabolic Circuit Training 
Thursdays 12:45-1:15 Strength Training (Strength developing class using a mix of body weight resistance and weights)

Yoga with Tegan from Heart & Soul Bodywork 
Wednesdays 12-1  Yoga - Join Tegan for a 1 hour Vinyasa yoga flow every Wednesday
